Learning #8 - By procastinating you prevent your growth

Today I just discovered there is a difference between learning and growing.

We can take a course and we might be learning new things but that doesn't mean that we are growing. When we grow, we change, we are different. We grow everyday, it's natural. When you postpone that special project, that idea that you always wanted to do, you are creating a shadow that will follow you, and push you down and will make you feel stuck. It doesn't matter the topic: playing guitar, doing exercise, going to that special trip, writing a book, etc. Every day, month or year that passes by, the shadow becomes heavier and you slow down your growth.

The good news is that if you finally find the way to work on that project your shadow disappears and your body will feel lighter than ever and it will expand, you will experience freedom. But it won't be easy, there is a reason you have been postponing it. You will need help, a special motivator: a friend, a coach, a teacher. You might need to enroll in a course, pay an expensive subscription, whatever works, it might be uncomfortable but the results will be worth it.

And in the worst case scenario, if your project fails, it really won't matter anymore, you just became a new lighter and free person, who has nothing slowing down your growth :)

Thx for reading.
